In the old days, the Heron Mark swords were made by blending metals to make a blade that need never be sharpened. Nor could it be broken. But today, the Heron Mark is a sign that the sword was made by a blademaster. Such swords are awarded only to he who has proven that he has the highest possible skill with a sword. We are very proud to offer a Heron Mark sword. The sword is hand-forged, and of a very tough high carbon steel. The guard and pommel are of brass, and the balance is simply superb. Authorized and approved by Robert Jordan, this sword is an accurate copy of those blades in The Wheel of Time series used by Rand al'Thor. Once you hold this blade in your hands, you realize how quick and deadly is the sword. A superb example of the swordmaker's art. Scabbard included. 42" overall. 32" blade. 2 lbs. 12 oz. Includes certificate of authenticity.

Wow! This is one cool sword. I only bought this sword because I thought it looked cool (I have no clue what the Wheel of Time is), and I'm glad I did. You can easily see that it was made by a blade-master, it is definitely a high-quality sword. The scabbard is nice, too. It is black with bronze on the tip and at the opening. The only drawback with the scabbard is that there is no belt-buckle. This sword feels great when you hold it, and I highly recomend it to all sword collectors. Once again, CB Swords was great when shipping it! As I've said three times before, if CB Swords has the sword you want, get it here! ..

I was extremely impressed with the sword. It feels solid, and well built, and the balance point (at the point of the heron) makes it very easy to handle. The scabard is also impressive, with the look of leather, capped in betal at both ends. Great gift for any WoT fan!.. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]

This sword is stunningly beautiful and worth every cent. The suede on the grip is not as dark as pictured, but it wasn't a problem for me. The craftsmanship is fantastic, unlike a lot of other replica blades I've seen in person, and the scabbard is also well-made and is real leather! (many replicas I've seen come with a cheap plastic scabbard) A+ all around!.. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]

Just got the sword. Has the same balance as a katana. For a Wheel of Time fan, you'll feel like an Asha'man. I got the non-sharpened blade, because I will be testing it out with other similar swords. For those people who like swinging, spinning, and slashing purposes, this sword is right up your alley. I'll let you know how the fighting goes... Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]

Beautiful piece of work. Light, swift and deadly. One may wish to purchase a baldric to compliment this sword. I find that is rests well on the hip and draws quite smoothly with that set up. I think this sword looks great,not a perfect copy from the sword described in the book, but 89% close, but you cant do everything 100% can you? Once I get the money from my job I will buy this sword right away, and be like a child and his first toy! I have heard that the balance is really good, and that this sword is worth the money! Watch out for a future review of the sword! The heron marked sword is a must for everyone who like The Wheel of Time books, the sword is in every book till 5th or 6th book I think, so it is a big part of the book...

I have read the book`s several times and i have listend to the audio book`s. And i just love The Wheel Of Time. So when i found this sword.... i just hade to have it. And this week it landed in Sweden. It´s a lovely sword. Feel`s so sweet to hold . The only thing that could have made it better is if it would have a Heron on the hilt like in the book. But you cant have everything. Now if you could only make Matt`s ashandarei i would be in heaven...
