when I opened the box containing this sword Iwas speachless. the sword is not that heavy,about 5 lbs at the most. the plaque is very cool and looks like real gold. as for the blade, it is wider then the picture shows. I purchased this sword because I wanted to start my own collection of LOTR swords, and this sword looks like Trunks's sword from my favorite show, DragonBallZ. I think this is a great sword to get if your starting a collection of swords. Thanks CB swords and thank you United Cutlery! Your awsome!!!!
