Elendil's Helm is very simply a magnificent piece of armor. I am an avid collector of the United Cutlery LoR Swords and Helmets, and this is by far my prize piece. The helmís fit, weight and combat worn look make it seem as though it could be an artifact straight from Middle Earth. Though Elendilís Helm did not receive as much screen time as Gimliís Helm did, it is by far the nicer of the two helmets that have been released. My only complaint with the piece was a slight gap between the rear feathered plates. However, this gap is also present in the UC production photos. I canít wait to get my hands on Sauronís Helm next. Thanks CB Swords for the great price and rapid shipping!!! ..

I bought this helmet when it first appeared on the CBSword armour listing. I have worn it to S.C.A. meetings and recieved many compliments on the quality and authentic look of the helmet. It is not battle ready as the face is not enclosed and the cheek "wings" are not sturdy enough to withstand "sword" blows to the face. However it is very cool to wear and when you put it on your imagination will put you in middle-earth, orcs beware! Thanks, Glen Jacobs..

Probabuly the best helm in my collection. In my opinoin it's the best one out there. The shape is very cool looking and the feather like pieces add to that. This helm has a lot of deitail on it. It's still a little big for me but i'll grow into it. The stand it comes with is nice looking. When it first comes it has an oil coating, like most swords and helms. But I just wipe it off. All in all this is a great buy. I would definatly recomend it. If you do get the helm start thinking about getting Narsil. They look good with one another. Russell..

This is a magnificent piece of artwork. However, if you plan to wear it, it needs a little added work [the same is true for Isildur's Helm]. The cheekpieces are held on by two rivets, at the front, and its easy for the rear of the cheekpieces to 'pop' out. All that is needed is an additional rivet or two at the rear. As a display piece only, its fine as is. Its a must have for LOR fans, production is low, and if you do not get it now, you will pay much more later. [And get Narsil-they make a nice set.] A REAL EYECATCHER! {6 STARS}..
